Food Remedies To Prevent Premature Aging

For youthfulness use milk, butter, honey and amla together with rest and meditation. Garlic, yoghurt and the sediments found at the bottom of the beehive (which is nothing but pollen) also help. Antioxidants prevent, or slow down the aging process. The sources are Vitamin-A, Beta cartone, Vitamin-C, Vitamin-E, Selenium and Zinc. Refined foods are bad.
 

Recipes To Prevent Premature Aging

  • Cut the meat of a matured coconut into small cubes. Mix it with brown cane sugar. Store for 2 weeks in a jar. Eat 2 to 3 cubes 2 times a day. This relieves weakness and prevents premature aging.
     

  • Eating an onion every day maintains muscular strength. However, onion is heaty, and eating too much of this can result in sore throat. Therefore, if you are already feeling that there is internal heat in the body (e.g. symptoms of internal heat includes and not limited to constipation, sore throat, red tongue, and thirst), then you should avoid onion.
     

  • Cook carrot with spinach and lotus roots in soup. This helps maintain good blood.
     

  • Fry garlic cloves, black pepper and ginger in sesame oil. Sprinkle a little salt, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and onion. For general well being, add some tomato juice and wheat flour to thicken if necessary. Again, except for tomatoes, these are like onion, they are heaty food which should be avoided if you already have heaty symptoms.
